Delivery Information


Orders up to 4kg – £8.00

Orders from 4kg - 26kg – £16.00

Orders are dispatched via Parcelforce 48h service, Monday – Wednesday for delivery within 2 days, to ensure same week delivery and avoid unnecessary delay over the weekend. Any orders received after Wednesday 11am will be dispatched the following week.

Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package on delivery - this is especially important when ordering chilled foods. If you think you’ll be out, why not have your package delivered to you at work, or give us the address of a friend or neighbour who can accept the package for you. If your order is a gift, please let the recipient know it is being delivered, all our products are perishable so it is important that they are refrigerated on receipt.

Please refrigerate the product as soon as it arrives.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, the Isle of Man and Jersey are available, but may incur additional delivery charges, please phone 01851 702445 for more information.

Sadly, we cannot deliver outside the UK.


Orders placed after 4pm Tuesday 11th April 2017 will not be dispatched until the following week due to the Public Holidays - Good Friday and Easter Monday.


At busier times of the year, orders may be delayed and dispatch times cannot be guaranteed, if your order is time sensitive please call us directly on 01851 702445.

Our last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Monday 18th December.

Orders placed after Monday 18th December 2017 will not be dispatched until the week commencing Wednesday 3rd January 2018.


If you are ordering a gift for special occasion please let us know in the Special Instructions field during checkout the approximate date you'd like us to deliver this. Although we cannot always guarantee to deliver on the day you want we will always try to do this where possible.

Gift Cards can also be included, leave your personalised message during the order process.

Please let the recipient know it the order is being delivered, it will need to be signed for and all our products are perishable so it is important that they are refrigerated on receipt.

Delivery Damage or Faulty Goods

In the event of damaged or faulty goods, customers must contact us immediately. Perishable goods must have been kept refrigerated from the day of delivery.

If you are a trade customer then please visit the trade section of our site.  Here you will be able to register and apply for a trade account.  It is well worth registering with us, since trade customers who order online will receive an additional discount.
