Made to recipe developed and refined over 70 years, our Haggis was awarded Gold Great Taste Award from the Guild of Fine Foods in 2014. With a delicious savory flavor and light crumbly texture, our hand made haggis serves 2 - 3 portions.

Beef Suet, Gluten Free Oatmeal, Liver, Beef Flank, Lamb Flank, Water, Onions, Salt, Pepper.

Storage Instructions
Refrigerate on delivery. While the haggis is sealed, it will stay fresh until ‘Use by’ date on product. Once the skin is broken, please consume within one week. Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Cooking Instructions
Hob: Wrap the haggis tightly in tin foil; simmer gently in saucepan of water for 1 hour, until piping hot. Do not boil as this may burst the skin.

Oven: place in casserole dish with a little water, cover with tin foil to ensure haggis is kept moist. And heat at 180 degrees (gas mark 6), until piping hot, approximately 1 hour.

Microwave: Remove metal clips and skin, heat through until piping hot.

Orders are dispatched via Parcelforce 48h service, Monday and Tuesday only for delivery within 2 days, to ensure same week delivery and avoid unnecessary delay over the weekend. Any orders received on a Tuesday 12 noon will be dispatched the following week.

With our remote Island location, orders to Scotland delivery addresses only will be dispatched on a Wednesday. Orders received after 12 noon on a Wednesday will be dispatched the following week.

Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package on delivery - this is especially important when ordering chilled foods. If you think you’ll be out, why not have your package delivered to you at work, or give us the address of a friend or neighbour who can accept the package for you. If your order is a gift, please let the recipient know it is being delivered, all our products are perishable so it is important that they are refrigerated on receipt.
