Handling
complaints
Should you have a complaint about our goods or service we will acknowledge
the complaint within five working days. We will provide you with
a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you informed

Deliveries
When you place an order, a suitable delivery method and delivery
date will be agreed. In the unlikely event that we are unable to
meet our stated delivery date, you will be contacted immediately
and offered the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full
refund, or arrange another time for delivery.
We take the utmost care to ensure your goods arrive in prime condition,
however, in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the
goods received then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving
the parcel so
that the matter can be recitified.
