Without doubt THE best Black Pudding in the world. Normally a friend gets some for me on his way to and from Harris....Couldn't wait this time though, so ordered over the internet.
PS just returned from two wonderful weeks kayaking in the hebrides....and the marag dubh was the icing on the cake (if you know what I mean) Please keep making it and hide the recipe in a bank vault.
